Colin's first stage appearance was before an audience of wounded soldiers in hospital which really gave him the acting bug. he went on to appear in many television favourites such as Coronation Street, The Onedin Line, Emmerdale and Brookside.

He is an accomplished after dinner speaker with many cruise ship credits as a raconteur and entertainer. Colin has a full repertoire of talks which include entertaining stories from his many years as an actor, psychic experiences and everyday observational humour.
